Traineeships

A traineeship is a programme which combines skills training in one of our training centres combined with coaching in the workplace with an employer.

DDLETB Traineeships have been designed with the needs of local business and Irish industry in mind. You may be surprised at the diverse range of programmes we have available. From hotel receptionist to beauty therapist to sports stadium steward, a traineeship may be perfect for you if you lack the skills and experience that employers are looking for.

On successful completion of all written and practical assessments for both on- and off-the-job training, the learner will receive a nationally recognized qualification.

Traineeships are co-funded by the Irish Government and the European Social Fund as part of the ESF Programme for Employability Inclusion and Learning 2014-2020
