Submission Guide for DDLETB Developments Newsletter Contributors

Thank you for your interest in contributing to our newsletter. We’re thrilled to have you on board! To make the submission process smooth and hassle-free, we have put together a short guide for you. Please follow these instructions when submitting your articles.
- Format: Please submit your article as a Word document (.doc or .docx) file. This will ensure compatibility and make it easier for our editorial team to work with your content.
- Article Structure: Make sure your article includes the following elements:
- Title: Provide a catchy and descriptive title for your piece.
- By-line: Include your name as you would like it to appear in the newsletter.
- Main Text: Present your ideas, insights, or stories in a clear and engaging manner. Feel free to use subheadings or bullet points to enhance readability. Use the default font.
- Images: If your article in Word includes an image, please follow these guidelines:
- Caption: Provide a caption that explains what or who is featured in the image. This helps our readers better understand the context.
- Consent: If there are any people in the image, please ensure that they have given their consent to appear in the newsletter or on the DDLETB website.
- Image Files: In addition to including images within the Word document, please provide the image files separately as individual files. This allows us to maintain the best quality and format for our newsletter. When naming the image files, please use appropriate and descriptive names that relate to the content they represent.
- Link Verification: If you have included any links in your article, kindly double-check them to ensure the are working before submitting. Ensuring that all links are working properly helps our readers easily access additional information or resources.
