Tailored Training & Training Needs Analysis

We can help your company to identify the training needs of your staff. We do this by meeting with you and conducting a training needs analysis. On occasion, depending on the volume of staff – funded, bespoke programmes, tailored to the needs of an individual business, or a group of businesses on a regional basis, are designed and delivered in collaboration with the employer.
